This policy describes how BrandWitness handles personal data, in accordance with the GDPR.
brandwitness.com is currently a showcase website: there is no user account, no login and no database. This page describes today's actual practice (below) and what will apply once the product (accounts, Store, Pilots) opens.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is BrandWitness. Contact: contact@brandwitness.fr
2. What is collected today
The showcase website does not use any tracking script and does not collect any personal data through forms. The only way to reach us is by email, which you send us voluntarily. See our Cookie Policy for details.
3. What will be collected once accounts open
When account creation opens, BrandWitness will collect, at minimum:
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
- Usage data: jobs launched, credits consumed, tools used
- Billing data: processed by a payment provider to be confirmed, not stored directly by BrandWitness
Processing will rest on the performance of the contract, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in securing the service.
4. Hosting
The hosting infrastructure for account and product data will be confirmed and published here before accounts open. As of today, the showcase website stores no user data.
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port any personal data BrandWitness holds about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights: contact@brandwitness.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France: cnil.fr).
